Description: Spegra Tablet contains the active ingredients Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine, and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is a combination of antiretroviral medication. Dolutegravir belongs to a class of antiretroviral drugs called integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs). Emtricitabine belongs to the class of medication called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI), and tenofovir alafenamide belongs to the class called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI). It is combined with other medicines to treat human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents 12 years of age who weigh at least 35kg.
